[AMRadio] Sorta OT but just wondering about RF termination resistors.

Hi,
I'm looking to buy some RF Termination Resistors off fleabay to make a
dummy load. ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/113540911710 ) MFJ claims to
make 2.5K one using 4 50 Ohm resistors (don't know the input rating of
them, they don't say.)
But how could they use 4 50 Ohm resistors? In parallel that would be
roughly 12 Ohms, in series 200 Oms. Just wondering how I could use 2
of the fleabay resistors to make a 300 watt dummy load without
changing the resistance. As far as I know it's not possible unless I
make a splitter to divide the power into 2 loads and send 150 watts
into each load. They resistors are cheap enough and I have more than
enough heat sink material.
I doubt I'll be running more than 50 watts VHF and 25 watts UHF but
the headroom would be nice in case I do get an amplifier.
