Sorry Mike for the delay, I had to dig out my old copies of Electric Radio Magazine. I have forgotten the name of the transformer company. Heyboer Transformers. 
They still have a website.

Contact them, they are ham friendly. 
It’s been 4-5 years since they did my winding. That’s all they did. I did the assembly.
