[AMRadio] Zero Hysteresis Clipper

The only thing I know of that has this is the Hnat-Hindes Tri-Maze
processor.  We had a separate subject line but it was AM Digest or
some such, but at least it did not hi-jack the original topic which I
did not want to do.  The topic of Jim's QEX article was interesting
and I'd like to see it continue.

Unfortunately the only thing I could find was a copy of a fax.  I'd
