[AMRadio] Original FCC documents regarding AM power issue posted

I tried your suggestion when I re-posted the message with update.  The
second link  still didn't work; no hyperlink at all and tuned out a bigger
mess than before, fragmenting the url into THREE  lines.  

I've about given up trying to post links on this forum.
