[AMRadio] New ARRL poll on entry level ticket

Got a section newsletter announcing a plan to consider a new entry level license to attract more folks under the age of 30 to the hobby.  Sounds like the next step the ARRL wants is the license in the box with the radio, and a call sign already assigned.  Just fill it out, mail it to the FCC to register,  and get on the air.  Exactly how much easier can this be made?
