[AMRadio] The AM Rally starts *FRIDAY* at 8:00PM EDT !

Just a note, the AM Rally actually begins at 8:00PM EDT on FRIDAY 
3/31/17 which is 4/1/2017 0000z (the official starting time of the event).

So, we can start operating the event on Friday night, which is great! 
Gives another big block of potentially good operating conditions to 
make contacts.

The ARRL will be operating during the event as well (just spoke with 
someone there this afternoon).

Should be a good time! Look forward to talking with many of the folks 
on this reflector during the event.

It's great that the ARRL is behind this event, including an article 
about the event in QST and on their web site.  The League is really 
coming around to the value of AM, and this event is certainly 
evidence of that fact.  Let's make it a good one and get as many 
folks on the air this weekend (starting Friday night at 8:00PM EDT) 
as possible to make a good showing.
