Hi Mike,
That is a shame, he was very nice on the air and I always seem to have a
good QSO with Jeff.    Seems we continue to losing our brain trusts in this
side of the hobby at an alarming rate!

Many AM operators, especially in the southeast US, know or have often spoken
with Jeff May, W0XV, from Brookhaven, Mississippi.

I learned this evening that Jeff has died of cancer.

Apparently, the diagnosis was recent, and the end was quick.

May he rest in peace.
