[AMRadio] Amateur radio parity act

Not too long back there was discussion of the Amateur Radio Parity Act and 
its meaning.  Today I received a message from the ARRL about the subject and 
it provided a link to their stance plus a link to the bill as written and 
introduced.

Here is a link to the bill on the congressional web site and, if you are 
interested, read it.  It did clear up a lot of speculation on my part but I 
had to read it two times to really understand.  That is required for me to 
process lawyerese.
