Reviewing this may be useful for filing comments, for example, in opposition
based on the FCC's original line of reasoning, basically saying they acted
correctly the  first time and that there is no evidence that anything has
changed since then to the contrary.

I would urge everyone to spread the word as much as possible and file
statements to the FCC, since too many hams, AMers included, pay little
attention to announcements like these until after the fact and they suddenly
find themselves adversely affected.
