Station owner (not engineer - he's cool) reneged on 1/2 of the deal and refused to part with the CCA unless BIG money was exchanged. I won't bore you with the details, but if the TX comes up again, steer clear like the place is infected with the plague. Bad news all around. The ITA was hauled off, however, so my friend's trip was not a complete loss.
