There must be video proof of the perpetrator holding the microphone in
his hand, while the frequency is clearly displayed, co-channeled by
where the interference -is- (frequency), the geographical location and
(on the receiver) there must be a clear violation (intentional
interference, illegal operation, etc...) and ~ALL~ of these things must
-first- be presented, before thee FeeCeeCee will even -consider-
investigating.  Oh... and it's got to be presented to them but -at
least- 3 different entities/individuals.
