While I have a pretty extensive collection of hardware, my latest project of building a PS and external audio amp for a RAK receiver revealed my supply of control flat washers, lock washers and nuts was quite empty.  Right now, a fellow on Ebay has sets of 10 for 3/8" controls for 6 bucks plus 2.50 shipping.  If you put '10 sets potentionmeters' in the ebay search block it should take you right to them.
