[AMRadio] US House Bill Requires HOAs comply with PRB-1

It's interesting that some of you think you know what's unconstitutional.

Even the Supreme Court has problems here.

What should be considered is, can you sign away your Constitutional Rights in a contract to purchase a home?  Doesn't the Constitution override private agreements?

Don't give up. Let's get behind this Bill and not wring our hands saying, "and is likely unconstitutional..."
