What Is the diameter, distance between holes, drive shaft, use?  And send a close up of both sides.  That is if nobody has one.

Hi fellows,   I am rebuilding my Valiant and am in  the need for a exact 
replacement for the front bandswitch wafer.   My  inventory of wafers are all 
different and my project is on hold. 
Any body have one??   Used is fine if in good  condition.  Of course i will
