[AMRadio] Drift Net Beacons on 160

Someone else suggested the same thing.

I thought the drift net beacons were all gone from that part
of the spectrum, but obviously not. I heard those things 
often
in the early and mid 1980s, but haven't heard one on 160 at 
my qth in
many years.

That is probably what it is.

Someone also suggested that I check the W8JI list. I haven't 
done that yet, but will look at it soon.
