Around here some guys will tell the break station to make a transmission 
then turn it back to me.  If there are more than 3 or 4 in the group they 
spend a lot of time trying to decide whose turn it is after a couple of 
stations make a transmission.

I have heard a group of about 10 that spent most of 30 minutes deciding who 
was next in rotation.  After a bit that does get comical.
