[AMRadio] W9INN Antenna

I am trying to help a fellow ham repair a very old W9INN sloper antenna.  The only thing that survived are two coils.........a small 1" x 3" metal plate with a coax fitting......and a u-bolt...the metal plate was attached to the tower at aprox 45' and the center connection fed the wire...........wire was aprox 60-70 ft in length...........now broken in several places.  The question..where were the traps located.......the traps look to be 160 and 80 meters............web searches do not turn up any info or the original instructions.............this antenna was sold in the late 60's or early 70's

Any info would be appreciated.
