Bob: if the opw is close to babanced, IE dipole fed in the center, there is
no radiation from the opw line. Balans should only be used to match between
fixed impedances not an antena that changes all over the place, anyone that
says otherwise does not undersatand balans!!! refer you to Jerry Sevich
books, Understanding and using balans.
