I think that's why they call it a "QSO party," which seems to designate  
a less-frantic and more respectful operating style. Yep, you'll hear 
some really scary-sounding signals from so-called "self-rectifying" 
rigs, as well as ones that could be mistaken for a state-of-the-art rig 
(or at least well-implemented XTAl control), and everything in between. 
It's all fun.

Hope you do! I may have seen it - that was quite a while ago, and I was 
already on sensory overload after touring the main house ;-)
