If the choice is between the 160 m. dipole (I take that to mean a 1/2
w. center fed dipole) and the "carolina windom" I'd go with the 160 m.
dipole in a second.   But I'd sell the Vectronics tuner at a hamfest
and build a link coupled balanced tuner.
