The reverse beacon network is a very nice tool:
http://www.reversebeacon.net/main.php

You can call CQ then go to the reverse beacon network and see where your 
signal was seen.

There are reverse beacon stations that work with both CW and digital(RTTY) 
stuff.

I use DX Lab to look at a map of the reverse beacons too see the activity.
