To me that takes the thrill of the chase away and makes contacts not much 
more than an waiting game.  Same goes for DX groups who advertise the 
presence of a station in real time on the internet then line up stations to 
work the DX.  I have even heard them give the contacting station the signal 
report when they actually could not hear the DX station clearly on SSB.

Maybe all of us should just tell the ARRL that in the name of fairness they 
should give us all a DXCC.  :o)
