Big difference, Don - I'm 'renting' this property, and you 'own' your
property.
~sigh~ SOMEday, I'll live on a couple of acres and grow a 120' tower.
Would love to have a tower at 180', so I could run 240' dipoles at 1/4,
1/2 and 3/4 wavelengths above ground, simultaneously on 75m, which would
be 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2wavelengths above ground on 160m. Or (since I'm
dreaming) 4 towers, at 120' supporting (2) 560' over-all long loops, at
60' and 120.
I said it was a dream, right? ;-)
