Jim,
You  might try RBMicro for a replacement. I started the last thread 
about mic elements for a D104. I bought a replacement from these guys 
and it was very reasonable and works just fine. I am not familiar with 
the particular mic you are referring to but I would think they would be 
a good choice to at least try to see if they have something. Here is the
