It depends on how much accuracy you want.  If you want accuracy, get a unit 
that is suitable for broadcast.  You don't have to spend a lot of 
money.  Radio Engineering Associates has a broadcast quality modulation 
monitor for under $200.00 - www.radioassociates.com
