Figured something was up yesterday. 40 was flat, had two marginal contacts
that sounded weak and watery for lack of a better description. Glen/WA3GPE
is usually 20-30 over and was only S3-4. First time on in a couple weeks,
it's been pretty scruffy overall this summer on 40.
