Group,
There is a LOT more to selecting the AM mode on a ricebox.
They have to be taught how to set the audio, and to be able to
understand the use of an external Amp. Many external Amps have 120VAC
or 120VDC keying circuits. We need to guide them through all the
pitfalls that would ruin both their Experience AND Equipment.
They will need some TRUE Elmering to get them there!
It is NOT simply rock and roll.
We old guys that have been running AM from DX-60s, Mil Surplus gear, AND
the Riceboxes *HAVE* that knowledge and experience!
It takes much more than a presentation. It's going to take helping them
through their attempts.
It's going to take patience from US!
