HELP  i have a yaesu MODEL FL-101 that i have converted to 6146 tubes.
everything went fine untill i tried to set the biaas to 60ma (recommended).

i can't do it  (to stupid) i need help from anyone with that knowledge. there must
be one smart person in all the ham operators.  

when i have the unit set up the way it should be it reads out to 35plus megs, when it shoulod be 28.5megs.
yes i know i am giving one of you a chalenge.

i have a frequency counter, capacitor unit, 1kw dummy load and various tools.

Will somone pleas help me.
