I'd make the following adapter that will accept an RCA plug.

Take  a short 2 conductor cable with a female RCA connector at one end, and  
solder the other end to a couple pins of the right diameter to plug  into the 
holes in the power supply (a couple pins...brass nails...short  piece of solid 
wire...whatever).  Then plug those pins into the power  supply and mold some 
epoxy putty around them to keep the proper spacing.   Now you've got a removable 
adapter into which you can connect a male RCA  connector going to the amplifier 
relay.
