[AMRadio] trouble Brewing in AM Window

Here is the latest list of FCC amateur radio enforcement actions. Doesn't
look like a joke to me.

Unfortunately, for some that experience deliberate and malicious
interference on the amateur bands, the only action from them you hear
about is P and M on the chat boards.
