Are there any OO's who are AM ops who would monitor the situation and act accordingly? Is there even a list of OO's that you could call?  Even though OO's are quite toothless, this would be the first step in any official action that might follow..  Ignoring the cretin is what I learned early on, but it reaches a point when you would like to seem some justice prevail.
