OK, the Bauer 707 broadcast transmitter I use on 75 M AM uses a pair of Eimac 4-400C in parallel in the final and a pair of Amperex graphite plate ones P-P in the modulator.

One of my boat anchors, viz.a *Viking Thunderbolt *Linear Amplifier
(with 2000 W PEP, 1000 watts CW, and 750 W AM)*uses a pair of 4-400A
tetrodes in parallel,* that are bridge neutralized.
