This is not at all uncommon.  The only sure way I know to keep it from 
happening is to maintain your address book on your computer then copy and 
past to your web based form.  You can maintain your addresses in your word 
processor which will generate the link.

They get your addresses if you leave the site open and not log out or a 
number of other ways.  It is not the end of the earth but we do like for it 
not happen.  Everyone watch for it and if you see a commercial link in a 
message, do not follow it.
