[AMRadio] Bill KD0HG and Kim KE3SX both SK

It's been a tough 24 hours for the AM community. As posted on AMfone.net,
we have lost two of our better known and most active AMers. Bill KD0HG who
always put in a whopper of a signal from Colorado back east and Kim KE3SX
who was ever-present on 160-40m and often found on the AWA net.

They will both be sorely missed. May they rest in peace with God watching
over their loved ones.
