Hi John:

A person with jewelers hands is worth a million dollars. I wouldn't have a
chance at rewinding the meter out of the SX-24 --- that's magic

Kindest regards Jim K9AXN

This gentleman did a marvelous job rewinding / repairing an SX-24 meter for
me some years ago. I don't know if he is still active but I did find this
contact information about him on the Internet:

>Ye Olde Meter Cellar
>Leonard W. Cartwright
>879 Russet Drive
>Sunnyvale CA 94087
>(408) 739-6025

Eldad Benary does extensive movement work. Prices are fair for the work
involved. Reworking a meter to work in the opposite direction could take
some work.

Haven't heard from him in a couple years, but have this information saved:

I do meters and electronics (tubes and solid state) repairs.
