Rusty/WK5R in NE Texas, per a conversation on the air last night, apparently does some excellent work, Jim.
You might be able to contact him thru wk5r.com. I know he has the site, but not sure if his email address is as simple as the obvious or not.

Also might depend on the level of repair required... the discussion was on meter faces. Not sure how adept he is at movement repair.
