I agree on the seller posting their price, however I do want any discussion
with the seller to be done "on the list".  Matter of fact; I prefer to see
ONLY one post and no replies to a For Sale ad ON the list.  The
seller/original poster puts his ad up and any contact to him regarding that
item for sale must be done privately.  Once the seller has sold the item,
he/she should then reply to his own ad stating so.

This is something we will watch very carefully.  We will establish a set of
rules on the Ads and have them available before we begin allowing them
here, very soon I hope.
