[AMRadio] Gonset differences

Communicator and Communicator "Deluxe" (i.e. Communicator II) covered  2
meters. The "Deluxe" had the addition of the 6BG7 squelch circuitry.
Communicator IIA covered 2 meters with two models 3025 and 3057.
Communicator IIB had several 6 and 2 meter models. 6 meter models were
3049 (6 volt) and 3058 (12 volt).
