Gentlemen

Allow me to shed some light on your discussion. The Harris Broadcast
Communications Division is not going away or closing down. Our parent
company, Harris Corporation is divesting itself of the division. We are
remaining as a complete entity in the broadcast business. After the sale, we
will still be the same organization but with a different parent.

All products remain and nothing changes with regard to product support. The
primary difference is that we will have an owner with more focus on the
media business rather than the government business.

We are fully committed to the entire broadcast business. That includes AM
transmission, FM transmission, audio control and networking, TV
transmission, TV infrastructure , TV automation, networking and traffic/back
office software products. The new product introductions at NAB 2012 support
that position.

We are even continuing our tradition of hosting broadcasters on tours of the
R&D center in Mason, Ohio  during the Dayton Hamvention.

Communications Division

The last press releases I see are dated 4-16 and are about Harris expanding.

Nothing dated today 5-1-12 at www.broadcast.harris.com . They have seemed
for some time to be putting more effort into other areas like networking,
but there's a boatload of equipment out here that they are obliged to
support, for example the 1 1/2 year old 3DX-50 (or 25 depending on which
placard you look at) I have on 1310 here in Dallas that they better not back
out on.

A friend dropped that bomb shell at work today.

You can see the press release, dated May 1, on the Harris web site.

This is like Santa Claus announcing he is selling his toyshop.
