I know everybody swears good or bad at our selection of shippers, but here is something I learned today at the PO.  Even if you mark all 6 sides of the box clearly with the words 'fragile', unless you answer the postal employees question in the affirmative when they ask if it is fragile, it is not considered fragile.  When you answer yes, and your package get the 'official' red postal service fragile stamp, will it actually become fragile. Another reminder for the PO is that unless you delivery confirm or insure a package, no tracking number is assigned to it.  So if they loose it, it is lost.
