[AMRadio] Making panel labels

Two thoughts:

1.) A company named Panel Authority has a method of printing white on black panels with a laser printer set up
rather than engraving and filling so it can be done, it's just a matter of having the wherewithal but it is probably
a "very" $pecial set up so.......

2.) You can do a panel layout using some graphic program like Microsoft Visio (which is a really nice drafting
program too) then save it as a PDF and have someone like Thomas Reprographic or Kinko's do a 1:1
transparency that a silkscreen can be made from.

As far as I know you can not print white on a computer printer, but last
time I looked into that has been some time ago.  Maybe that has changed.
You might try taking the graphic files to Kinko's or Office Depot to see
if they might have some method to print white on a transparency.  You last
resort would be getting a silk screen made, or finding someone who already
has one...
