[AMRadio] Making panel labels

I am getting my old S20R back into cosmetic shape and need to make labels for all the controls.  

Here is the question that I'm sure has an obvious answer.  In making decals on the computer to print on clear decal paper, how in the world do you type the text in white on a white computer screen background so when you print them you only get while letters on a clear decal?
