member was terrorizing the list(s)?

We could always take the straightforward 'penalty box' approach. Fail to
trim your response, have your posting privileges suspended for 10 days.
Twice, 30 days. Third time? 90 days or you're out. I'm good with either.

We're all adults after all. Ignorance or laziness should be no excuse,
particularly when it impacts those who follow the simple, basic rules.
