Can't recall, but it does seem to be related to a more recent batch.
There was a pretty lengthy thread posted about it on AMfone.net. One
fellow was a week or two out of warranty and they apparently took care
of it as a warranty repair, so it's not a case of 'bad product, bad
service' at least.
