First - PLEASE REMEMBER TO TRIM EXCESS!!  We've been asked AND Reminded.

This STILL gets back to the inherent procurement costs.

Not to mention that an HONEST 1KW station, exceeds what we can do within 
the legal limits of our license, much less a 10KW.
