Hi all,

I would like to reinforce what Brian posted just a few minutes ago.

When you answer a post please trim the message to the smallest size 
possible.  I am not urging you to trim the message until no one can tell 
what you are answering, but if you answer only one part, then remove the 
rest.

Also remember every time a message goes through the reflector a footer 
containing all the information about the system is added to the bottom. 
Please remove ALL of that if you will because when you post it is put 
back.

Your thoughtful help will be greatly appreciated.

By the way, all these messages are archived.  This means more disk 
space, more time and more money for the owner of the servers.
