Hi Dan,

Don't know if you will find a plastic cover but keep in mind the WRL VFO 
is the same cover as is the one on the champion.  If you are not 
successful locating one you may have to make one.  In light of that,

As for the blower I don't know.  You may be reduced to purchasing a 
small muffin fan and constructing an air duct for it.  Keep us appraised 
on your progress.
