We need to keep in mind what we are handling.

The instances of restoring an old broadcast transmitter, always should 
make us think about doing some research.

I still keep finding oil filled transformers or capacitors that are 
loaded with PCBs.

Dispose of them properly.  Ensure that they are marked as needed.

Same old story and advice.
