Another common error for those of us who subscribe in Digest mode is 
forgetting to fill in the subject line with the topic of the message. 
Instead, the subject line by default reads something like "Re: AMRadio 
Digest, Vol 96, Issue 67". I am frequently guilty of that myself, and 
usually don't catch it until I scan through the message in the "Sent" folder 
and it's too late by then.
