Well that's Foolish they'll give them privilege to Fry their brains on 70 CM and up(Figure of Speech)

but no dice on 10...That's very dumb very dumb..The Tech License shud have full operating privilege
200 watt and under both 6 an 10 meters..and given no activity on the UHF and above Spectrum.
It's well know fact those freq's heat up human flesh. very dumb...

Then there are others that feel that the Techs and Novices shouldn't be
there at all.

The 10 meter Novice/Technician sub band has been in existence for 24
years. I'm sure you all have noticed the influx of proposals/petitions to
the FCC from all the Novices and Technicians over the years to try and
remove their frequency and mode restrictions on the 10 meter band. Let me
know how many you found. It seems to me the only amateurs that are really
concerned with this ruling are a few AM'ers who somehow must feel abused,
cheated, "I know what's good for you", "it all the ARRL's fault", etc.
